It's not as warm as I thought, but it's sunny.

I need to catch up with FTL and post a blog in response to that.

Today, I managed to get Verizon Wireless. *Smile* It took an hour to work it out over the phone. *Frown* Brad was very patient. Much more so than I would ever be.

I'm at the university that has no wireless except their own. I managed to get a Verizon signal, so I'm happy. I'll have to try it in the park and out at the lake. I got the 50 mb plan. Won't know whether that works for me or not. I can check on how much I use on a regular basis though. I have no idea how flipping through WDC pages will add up. In ten days I should have a clue.

So I'm connected. *Bigsmile*

That means I can check out my blog at night from home as well. Staying out at the coffeehouse after the last bus (the 7:44 Express to my front door) was difficult at times. The backpack is heavy for this old man (insert **cry-me-a-river** icon) and the 30 minute walk easily became 40, one night 50.

So ... off to FTL and writing!

This is where I'm sitting:

PS: treated myself to unagi (sushi); I'm REALLY happy. *Laugh* ... and a coffee. I'm definitely wired now!

Kansas: 45 degrees and 360, full horizon clarity.
