My blog--I pull a card--if it doesn't speak to me...perhaps it is for you?

The Moon
The card literally almost leaped from the deck into my hands---the day after the full moon.

I like to think I am like the full moon, transparent, weightless, luminous. But I am often more like her dark side---the back of the head, the reptilian brain, opaque, dense, subfusc.

My 3rd year birthday here at writing.com passed by in relative obscurity.

My portfolio is overflowing---what do all the rest of you do with your writings and scribblings? Do you leave them here? Do you print them off and secure them in a rosewood chest? Do you save them to a flash drive?

Only a few things have been published in a hard copy that can be saved---a few things are on other websites.

I just want a way to save things ....any ideas would be helpful.

I missed the deadline for an on-line haiku submission forum...so I'll just post them here. With the haiku and other short forms, I recently purchased some small acid-free scrapbooks....about 4"X 6"---8 pages..and plan to put smaller poems in these for posterity.

What do you do with your treasures?

under the shelter
the drum circle
plays in the rain

Blessings!
