         Hi, there.

It was a mediocre day at the office...  not bad, but not great either...  just okay.

I went over to my daughter's at lunchtime after she called me at about 11:30 a.m.  My phone rang and then she hung up.  I called back to see if she called me by mistake or on purpose.  She meant to call, then decided not to bother me at work.  That's when I decided she might like me to come over for lunch and asked whether she would.  "Sure," was her quick reply.

When I arrived, she and my grandsons were eating and watching cartoons.  My eldest grandson told me with a smile that he really liked the ball cap he was wearing and if I wanted I could get him one for Christmas or for his birthday.

After lunch, they both snuggled up to my daughter on the couch.  (She is still recuperating from surgery---though living a full life otherwise with work, etc.)  I asked if anyone wanted to sit on my lap and got an immediate, "No."

They both feigned not wanting to kiss me good-bye as I left and went back to work.  (One of their favorite things to do sometimes.)  Brats!!

I went back to work and finished my day.  Then I stopped at the store for cat food and left with $120 less in my pocket.  Now, I'm home playing around on this fearsome website.

God bless you-all!  Have a nice evening.
