Hi! Can you believe we only had one trick-or-treator last night? If I hadn't walked out to check the Jack-O-Lantern, I doubt she and her dad would have stopped! I have to say I didn't expect anyone to stop because we never seem to have anyone stop on beggars' night... but year after year, I remain hopeful. We have enough candy to keep munching through Christmas.
November 1st -- I love this time of year, the cooler weather, open windows..., bike riding, long walks, festivals, a simple afternoon in the park. They're having an auction tomorrow at the Don Cesar Hotel, St. Pete Beach; I just might go.
