Day 8: Frustrations Abound
What is your greatest frustration and how do you handle it?

My greatest frustration depends on mood I’m in and what I’m doing at the time. When I have a working car and am able to get around town without having to depend on the CAT buses or Paratransit buses, then my greatest frustration is other drivers, the timing of the traffic lights or the price of gas.

Lately my greatest frustration is myself. I’m becoming impatient with me and the way I’ve been doing everything lately. It takes me too long to do one thing and I can’t get everything I want done in a single day. Maybe I just need to relax and let it go. Do what I can and what don’t get done in a single day then finish it tomorrow.

I seem to become frustrated by things I can’t do anything about at the moment. Maybe I’m just a control freak and want to be in control. It could also be that I’m worried about finances and money. In which case I’m going to become frustrated easily with whatever appears to take too long and doesn’t appear to get me anywhere and makes me feel I’m not in control. I’m not sure what the cause is, I just know that I’m becoming frustrated with myself lately. I’m my greatest source of frustration.
