My Musings, not always daily

The days have finally cooled off. It has been cloudy all day and this is the first time in over a month I have left the windows open all day. No sun, but it is okay. My butt has been glued to this chair all day and I am almost feeling bad about it. I read my friend and classmate Futureboy's story to the last entry he has posted and it is a good storyline.


I am worried about my story. It seems a little one dimentional right now. I have relied on all the research I have done and interviews, but "so what?" I ask myself, did I make the reader care if Trevor finds the truth? do they care that he has been threatened by the Mob, was it realistic enough? Is it too short? I have to make up more stuff if I want to add to it.


I have left it for a time and now am writing a paranormal romance because I am told that publishers are looking for good paranormal.. Lord, please let me write half as good a Christine Feehan!!!
