I have to take a day off

I am self-employed and working online. I have to take a day off, the problem is deciding which day to take off. When I work for other people I don't have the problem of deciding which days to take off because that is either decided for me or I decide about days off on the spur of the moment.

It's a little more difficult working from home with the computer close at hand. If I have no plans to leave the house, I can work. Working seven days a week, eight hours a day is tiring and sometimes frustrating. I suppose I could pick a different day each week and see how that works out. The problem is that if I am home, then I turn the computer on and go to work.

I can't leave the computer turned off when I am at home. I suspect the only way I can take a day off is to leave the house completely. I would like to avoid that, but I'm not sure there is any other solution.
