Relaxing
ME:

Relaxing or boring? If I were in Montana I might be tempted to say I'm bored... if only because I didn't do anything today. I mean, laundry? going to the dollar store and CVS? Boring! But, I'm at Richard and Annabel's in Eureka and that makes this a vacation, a time to relax, a time not to DO anything in particular. I watched the blue sky fill up with grey puffs and then clear again. I took some pictures around the house. I listened to Richard clear out some of the brush and then chip it. Now, I smell food on the grill.

So not doing anything in particular is good.

I could plan the next part of my trip... but that would not be relaxing. Better to just let life happen for a couple days. I hope to get to the bay tomorrow, maybe call Catherine and visit downtown. Visiting Catherine and Phil yesterday was great! I'm looking forward to chatting with them again.

I won't be here long. I may as well enjoy the peace and quiet, the break from the routine. Maybe even edit another poem or two.

My life in Montana will be there waiting for me. *Delight*
