Change is in the air
Jalál (Glory), 18 ‘Izzat (Might), 167 BE – Saturday, September 25, 2010 about 4:56 PM Pacific Time

The autumnal equinox has just past. The days are supposed to be getting cooler. Of course, this is Las Vegas, so the temperature may or may not go into the triple digits. I turned the thermostat up to 85 a couple of day ago and I am considering turning it up a couple of more degrees to 87 or 88. I want to turn the unit of entirely sometime this coming week if the afternoons become cooler. As soon as we get an afternoon under 85 degrees I will turn the unit off for a while.

As I was saying, change is in the air. I feel that our financial situation will get better. Don't ask me how I know, I just know it will get better. I'm planning a 40-hour week work schedule. The problem is that I'm self-employed and my work is online, if I could find a job working for someone else that paid over $25.00 an hour, I would take it. Since I have to pay an senior care worker at least $20.00 an hour, I can't afford to take a job that pays less then $25.00. I'm not sure I can afford to take a job that pays $25.00 an hour.

Of course, in this economy at my age and with my physical issues, finding a job that pays $25.00 an hour will be difficulty; however, I have to try. If I can get another grant for then it doesn't matter how much the job pays. Everything will work out eventually, I just have to keep plugging away and decide if it is better to do housework in the middle of the night or work online at night and do housework during the day.
