I should in bed... oh! ...I AM in bed. Just not sleeping.

Good start to October. Got to talk to Gare for a few minutes this morning. Got to give Kelly her birthday hug. Got hugged by Erik. Got my Nick-fix this evening. And the day was mostly yellow...

Locust leaves are golden and still on the trees. Many others are turning. It was warm and sunny.

Saw lots of folks. Even saw Kirk to pay my rent early. By Sunday I'll have seen and talked to so many more. Missoula is comfortable in that way. Everybody knows my name and I constantly run into friendly faces.

I deserve this. Everyone does.

Attended a few first Friday events ...briefly. There is only so much time.

I got home Thursday night at 11:40 pm. I've accomplished a lot since then.
