Written on a bankcard's envelope

Uraeus: for the love of a serpent...

*Quill*

Written on a bankcard's envelope

Hidden between words and phrases,
an unspoken cry choked within,
to be released
when the gates of Purgatory open.

Thoughts remain thoughts.

On crumbled paper
ink that fades's
indelibly veined upon my arteries.
This secret love,
this farside of the moon —
not far enough.

Does he realize as he reads my words
each syllable is voiced for him,
each truth unvoiced
as if
in giving voice
the high-note's squeak would shatter crystal
spill the lifeblood I would gladly
spill for him
forever.

*Idea*

I have no idea which year this was written. I think 2010, could be 2009. Anyhoo... I may even have posted it before here... but I like it. *Delight* Two versions would mean reconciliation ...and I'm okay with that.

*Reading*

I wish! I read the news and get ideas from people and the absurd things we-all say. But... it's time to read books, lots of books. And watch the movie, "The Maltese Falcon". It's read across Montana month.

*Sun* Sunny warm day. Rain comes tomorrow ...and I'll be gone. *Smile*
