Chocolate Lover’s Verity Cheesecakes

I bought myself two birthday presents yesterday. I bought two tires for my car and a gourmet selection of chocolate Lover’s verity cheesecakes. I now have four new tires on my car to begin 2011. Mom and I will share the cheesecakes slices for the next few days. I suspect we will finish them off tomorrow.

I have acquired self-discipline, in some things, over the years. If I let myself, I could sit down and eat every piece of cheesecake on the platter in one meal. I can’t do that because I share chocolate with my mother and since I have to limit her intake of sweets and chocolate I limit my consumption of those things.

This morning, we will have chocolate cheesecake for our first breakfast. Then I will fix eggs for our second breakfast. I’m not sure what we will have for lunch. I had planned to go to the Olive Garden or another restaurant. We still may go out to eat this afternoon, but I’m not sure right now. Mom is still in bed, I’m not sure that she is asleep, but if she isn’t up by 8:30 I will see if I can get her out of bed.
