I think I will visit the Las Vegas Strip

The model for the new Statue of Liberty is the Statue at the New York New York on the Las Vegas Strip. It has been a while since I visited the Strip and I do not think I ever visited the New York New York. All right, I live in Las Vegas so going to the Strip is not my idea of a good time.

Driving up or down the Strip is stressful, most of the time. The only time I have driven on the Strip without stress was at midnight. I do not go to the Strip during the day because of the traffic and the lights (stop lights). However, I think I would like to see the Statue in front of the New York New York. After all, since the Post Office picked that statue to put on a stamp there must be something special or at least interesting about it. Besides going to the Strip produces interesting poems.

I wonder if Mom would like to go to the Strip. Since I am going to receive help when it comes to bathing her, maybe I will attempt taking her other places beside her Doctor’s office and the Bank.
