Is that the fan or is the house breathing?
Is that the wind or someone knocking at the window?
Did I lock the security screen as well as the front door?
Did I set the alarm at 4:00 AM?
Did I hear Mom getting out of bed?
Is that Mom talking or is someone else in the house?
Did I roll the car windows up?
Will it rain tonight?
Should I leave the thermostat set at 82 degrees or turn it up to 85?
Did I write a haiku today?
Should I call my sister tomorrow or wait until Monday?
Did I lock the sliding glass door to the patio?
Did I take my medication before getting in bed?
Did I set up Mom’s pills for the week?
Do I have to call in a prescription tomorrow?
Why did I leave the light on in the bathroom?
Where did I place my cell phone?
Did I remove Mom’s hearing aids from her ears?
Did I remember to take Mom’s glasses off her face when she went to sleep?
Did I remove Mom’s shoes from beside her pillow and put them on the floor?
Where did I put my prayer book?
Why is the neighbor’s dog barking?
Is someone prowling in my yard?
Did I shut the gate to the backyard?
Where did I put my prayer beads?
Where is my journal?
Where is my pen?
Did I remember to turn the light out in Mom’s bedroom?
Is the front porch light still on?
Did I plug the alarm clock into the outlet?
Does my cell phone need charging?
