It is God’s will
that I stay home today.
I planned to do laundry today, but someone else took three baskets to the laundromat last night; therefore, we (Mom and I) have enough clean cloths and sheets to last until Wednesday or Thursday. Today, I do not have to go out in the rain (all right, it is not raining now, but it would rain if I had to lug three baskets to the car and then into the laundromat).
Today, I am staying home. I am catching up on some writing projects. I am sorting laundry into baskets to lug to the laundromat on Thursday. I am waiting for a delivery of medication. I am waiting for a contractor to come to evaluate the repairs to the pipes behind the washing machine.
It is God’s will
that I stay home today.
It is my own fault that I have heartburn. It is leftover from yesterday when I foolishly did not eat breakfast before going out to run errands. Eventually, the heartburn will go away, I just have to make sure I eat something every hour or so.
