Got through anxiety attack
Managed an anxiety attack today by washing dishes and underwear. Went through my things methodically. Found my debit cards ...right where I put them.

Now they are in a green change purse where I can find them.

Need to organize my two rooms. Been avoiding it for two weeks. I'm good at avoiding.

Need to straighten out phone which at the moment is playing dead.

So many piddling needs!

I got out today by joining in a discussion of the Socrates Club. A bit argumentative but better than sitting at home moping. Tomorrow will be a busier day.

Life here is very different than my stay in Costa Rica.

Still adjusting. Taking autumn pictures. No strenuous activity until the smoke clears.
