October blues?

...was so depressed and upset last night over very little.

I'm fine now, but I need to anticipate better and be prepared. I've said this to myself over and over again. It's part of my disability I'm sure. Avoidance? And then anxiety, guilt... depression.

I wrote yesterday at the Montana Festival of the Book. I get around creative people and must write. Also met lots of nice people. Great event for me. It continues today so I don't have the time to properly blog about it.
