Drops in a Puddle

Prompt for January 6th, 2013:
BLOG! Reflect on your week, include your favorite blog entry from your fellow challengers from the preceding week and, most importantly, why.

First of all, this prompt reminded me that there are probably some blogs that I haven't even read and commented on this week. I resolve to make sure I read something from every blogger, even if I have to do it the next day. Anyway...

I love being a member of this group. Each of the bloggers is special in his or her own way and, over the course of the past week, I have learned something valuable from each and every one.

That being said, my favorite entry from this week was "Invalid Entry"  from SapphireRainee . I chose this entry, because I am fascinated by the paranormal, and I am jealous of the ghost hunter job. More particularly, though, I am interested in the paranormal contest idea. I love me some flash fiction, and I love the genre.

This week has been pretty hectic for me. I know it probably doesn't seem that way since you can almost always find me online at WDC, but I'm a great multitasker. Monday, I embarked on my 5 hour journey from my apartment in Ohio to my home in West Virginia. I worked Tuesday through Friday at the law office where I worked as a paralegal before I came to law school. Then I drove the 300 miles back to Ohio on Friday afternoon. Shew!

I FINALLY got my grades for last semester: A+ in Family Law, A in UCC Payment Systems, A in Secured Transactions, A- in Criminal Procedure, and a B- in Property II. My grade in Professional Responsibility still hasn't posted. I don't know what happened with property, but if anyone wants a deed, I would suggest that they not hire me to prepare it.

Another bright note: I realized I hadn't written anything (other than blog entries) in awhile, so I decided at around 10:30 tonight to write an entry for today's "Daily Flash Fiction Challenge" , which has to be done by around 11 p.m. I wrote it rather quickly, and I won!! Here's my entry:
