Wasting Time
How can it be eight days since my last entry? *Rolleyes* Once upon a time I wrote one every day, but lately someone keeps pinching days and I have no idea where they go or what I do with them. So what have I been doing since last entry?

*Bullet* Grandmonster sitting. We had the pleasure of their company for an overnight stay while Paul and Mey Ling attended a free evening at Manchester Untied's football ground with complimentary champagne and a five course meal thrown in. Meanwhile we were run ragged playing, feeding, buying shoes, bathing and entertaining the little ones. Methinks we drew the short straw.

*Bullet* Scanning and editing photos. I'm attempting to put together a short family history book for posterity, but finding the right photos with the correct dimensions to scan is proving difficult. It's also quite an emotional task. *Cry*

*Bullet* Knitting. I finally finished a jumper I was knitting for Dylan and decided the unfinished scarf and summer top I have on needles needed tackling next. In the meantime Dylan has fallen in love with his jumper and it's hard to prise it off his back to even wash it, so I've had strict instructions to make another two or three the same. I am now left knee deep in wool and unfinished projects wondering if I'll live long enough to finish them all.

*Bullet* I am still ploughing through my first blog removing all those uninvited :- s Not important in the great scheme of things, but I frequently question what is these days.

*Bullet* Wound licking. Last week I acquired a burn on my leg which has been causing problems and today reached the point where I knew I needed to see a doctor. I now have a course of antibiotics and routines to perform to promote healing, which apparently will take a long time. Anything hubby can do...

I'm hoping it will improve enough to enable me to go on my walking group's monthly hike on Saturday. For one reason and another I haven't managed one since last June and am quite determined this time even if I have to limp my way the whole eight miles and not get home until Sunday.

As you can tell, life is quite riveting and mind blowing at present. *Yawn*
