I picked up my senior food allotment today. I know one of the nonperishable items was spaghetti, so I think I will fix that this weekend. Spaghetti, with a can of meat sauce and cheese, sounds like a good substantial meal. I have eaten a lot of pasta lately, but that is what comes in the food I pick up and that is what I eat.

Canned fruit for desert
