Day 24 - On the Slopes
Blazing the white trails,
wind biting my face but
I hardly notice.

Zipping between the trees
almost blinded by the light
reflected off the powder
but I don't care.

Whooshing, swooshing, gliding,
seduced by the speed,
adrenaline is pumping through my veins.

Surveying the mountaintops
under a cloudless sky,
I suddenly decide
I like the snow.
