Why is your face on a "Wanted" poster, and why haven't the authorities located you yet?




I did not know my face was on a wanted poster! Is this a “Looking for a lost person” poster? What kind of a wanted poster are we looking at and where is the poster located?

Is it a crime related poster? Is there a reward?!! What color is the poster? Can I color the poster and enter it in a coloring contest?

I have relatives that say they work for the government if someone is looking for me, why can’t they find me? I’m not lost.

What authority needs to be notified? Where are the authorities located? Who are the authorities in question, name them? Why are they unable to find me; I have not changed my name, address or phone number in 40 years? When can I expect answers to this mystery?

I googled this, could not find me anywhere on any poster. If it exists I have to say maybe Andre from the Banana Bar was mixing banana daiquiris again.
