Left early from work today. I wasn't feeling good. Kept feeling like my heart was skipping a beat. Finally, I went to the emergency room to get it checked out. Seems palpitations are normal and most people don't feel them. Crap! I thought my heart was sucking on air! So, they let me go with a heart monitor for 24 hours. Scary stuff. At least I am not worrying about it now. Breath in, exhale.
