Fun Fact Friday prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS" 
On this day in 1994, figure skater Nancy Kerrigan was clubbed on the right leg by an assailant at Cobo Arena in Detroit, MI. Four men were later sentenced to prison for the attack, including rival skater Tonya Harding's ex-husband. Kicks the proverbial bucket into the stereotypical well.

I don't want to plan an attack on anyone at present. Normally, I prefer to plan attacks on neighbors who wake me up in the middle of the night screaming at each other for some indiscretion that a marriage counselor or some other profession could solve. Even when that happens the most I will do is call the police about the noise and then the next morning call the rental agent to inform them about the noise and the police.

With the passing years
I have come to realize
that the strife and agony modern society is experiencing

the fullest material, physical, and spiritual destiny.
