Baking frenzy!
Blogging two days in a row? Something is wrong with me! I had to, though, because I am making home made pizza! From scratch! Yum! Lot easier getting it from the professionals but mine have elbow grease in them. Uhm, not literally. My oldest is not going to have any pizza so there should be some left once we finish supper! Then, I can possibly take some to work tomorrow.

My wife's been texting non-stop to my boy who is out on a church mission trip out of state. He finally told her to stop. Serves her right but I won't tell her that. My advice for my boy going down was that even when he wasn't in a good mood, fake it. He would get a better response from people in general. This was all I could think of for advice. Hope I wasn't wrong.

Oh, I am making homemade bread from scratch too! Well, cheating a bit by using the bread maker. Just throw all the ingredients in and let it go. Using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Last time I did that the bread came out less baked. I liked it. I had to make bread because we ran out. Good to make fresh sometimes, though.
