Image for BCOF members to put in their blogs Prompt: "Discuss this quote in your blog: “Why do we resist the mystery that change brings? When we get too rigid and inflexible, rigor mortis of the soul sets in. For proof of this, we need look no further than to those who choose to stay in a relationship or job long after the soul, or life force, that originally brought it passion and joy has vacated the premises.” ― Dennis Merritt Jones"

It is thinking like this that has led to a society where everything, including marriage, is disposable. If you get married and the joy leaves a relationship you just file for a divorce? I don't think so! I told my late wife that the only way either of us was leaving our marriage was in a body bag. Unfortunately she left just that way in 2014. Relationships are something you work for. We live in an age where people are lazy and look for a quick fix or way out. If you want out get a body bag! Otherwise put some effort into it!
