Image for BCOF members to put in their blogs "Prompt: At the end of a year, newscast bombard us with the year's bad news. However, there is also good new for any year. Take a look at 50 Pieces of Good News We Got in 2019 , and let us know which one i s your favorite. Alternately, give us some good news in your life or area of the world.""

I am writing this from work. I work at the Salvation Army Huntington Corps as a volunteer peer support specialist. I love my work and hope to hire on here full time soon. I have been working some long hours up until Christmas because we were receiving angel tree donations in the evenings and doing the kettle count after that. Both Angel Tree and Red Kettle seasons are over for us so we are back on a normal 8-430 schedule. I could probably write this at home tonight but had to bring my laptop to work with me today so I decided to knock it out now.

My good news and the good news for the whole world is that Jesus Christ is risen from the dead. Thus death is defeated and sin is forgiven. I want all of my readers to know that Hell is a very real place. God will not send anybody to hell, but a lot of people will send themselves there by not having a personal relationship with God's Son, Jesus Christ. If you want to avoid hell you must repent. This means you must change your mind about being disobedient to Jesus and make the decision to serve Him. You must confess the decision to Him and believe in your heart that He raised from the dead. If you do all of that contact me. There are some things you will want to know.
