A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Three Threes, Three Fours, Three Fives, and One Six If you add them all up, you can see I did ten paragraphs, including three Establish Shots, at work yesterday for my Water Wars movie Treatment. That may not sound like much. And it’s not as much as it should be. But considering what a day I had yesterday at work I’m kind of surprised that I barely got that many of them written. And it’s for the three reason why that how many I got written for Thursday. Only each one was slightly different. Work wasn’t as bad as Thursday. But it was still very, very bad. Also, like Thursday it was spread out during the whole shift. Most of it took place during the first two and the last two hours like it usually does. With the middle four not as busy. That’s how it was at work yesterday. The sun the first two and a half hours didn’t help too much either. It was supposed to be sunny up until sunset. But luckily, about the last hour of it was mostly cloudy with the sun popping out every so often. Even when it was sunny didn’t slow me down too much when it came to my writing. What did slow me down a little was the Incident Report that I had to write. That’s right. I had to write another one. That makes one for the last two days that I had to write. The only real difference between the two is that the latest one was about two outbound departures instead of one illegal inbound one. That only slowed me down for about a half-hour. If it was even for that long. What really slowed me down was what changed because of that IR. For the last two or three weeks, I haven’t had to put out the orange cone that no one else must put out. But now I do. And for the last half of my shift, I had to go outside every time I had work to do. And there was a whole lot of work that I needed to do during that time too. Today, I’m going to continue working on my Water Wars movie Treatment for this scriptwriting project. And since this a Saturday, I should get a lot of paragraphs written. After all, Saturdays are usually very slow. Of course, after the last two days, I may be lucky if I get another ten paragraphs written. I should do a lot more than that. At least fifteen of them. And I’m hoping it will be twenty or more. But I’m not going to count on that until I get them done.
