Delta City

"I was watching this wicked sci-fi ROBOCOP."
Muzzy munches on a slice of pizza.
Ti Xan nibbles some rice noodles, "That is old."
"Yeah." Muzzy sips some Coco-Cola, "1997."
"Anywho, an evil corporation wants to demolish Detroit."
Muzzy looks over at Xan as she puts her hair up.
"And?" Ti gives a toothy smile at Muzzy.

Muzzy adjusts his pillow behind his back in his Lazyboy chair.
"This corporation O.C.P. wants to build Delta City over old Detroit.
But, they need to get rid of the surplus population.
The first thing they do is start replacing the city cops with O.C.P. cops.
And they build combat robots and drones and this cyborg ROBOCOP.
The O.C.P. cops want the streets clean with no poor people."
Xan looks at Muzzy, "That is what China is doing to Hong Kong."

"Oh? I was thinking about what's happening in Detroit.
The government is making it impossible for poor people to live there."
Muzzy tries some of Xan's sweet tea.
Xan is motionless, "I cannot return to Hong Kong."
"I'm sorry." Muzzy hugs Ti.
"I understand. You Americans take your freedom too lightly."
Ti lets her hair down and kisses Muzzy passionately.

Reflections~Isaias was a prophet in the Old Testament, why name a hurricane Is-ai-as?

Just my two cents.. .
