Ready to Start Movie Scene Outline
Ready to Start
Movie Scene Outline

I wasn’t quite as long in Act Four of episode four of my Water Wars scriptwriting project as I thought that I was. There were still three more single paragraphs I needed to write before I got into my Tag Act for this episode. And it took me almost two hours to get that many written.

Why did it take me so long to write them? What is the usual reason? That’s right, it’s work. And that is the main reason. But there is another one. The other one is me. I had one or two re-writes on all three of them. So, in a way, I did four to six single paragraphs during that timeframe. But only three of them counted for this Story Outline.

It took me almost six hours to do the Tag Act. And it’s for the same two reasons: work and re-write. I didn’t have as many re-writes as I did with Act Four of this episode. But I did about five or six of them. And a few were more than one or two re-writes.

I knew what I wanted to write. But I wasn’t sure how to do them. That’s why I had so many re-writes yesterday at work. Re-writes was a big part of the reason why I didn’t get more writing written. But it’s not the main one, though. Work was at least five times worse than that.

Work was very, very busy yesterday. One of the busiest ones that I have seen in a long time. It wasn’t as bad as it used to be at my old post. But it was a close second. That’s how busy that it was. I was on my feet a lot. Luckily, I didn’t have to go out into the heat too much. But I still had to do that a lot more than I usually do.

Today, I’m going to start working on my movie Scene Outline for this project. I’m not sure how many I will get written. After all, the Scene Outlines are a whole lot more complicated. I hope that I will get ten to fifteen single Scene paragraphs written. And that includes Establishing Shots. A lot of that depends on how busy it gets at work today. And any other problems that may show up.
