PROMPT September 5th

Imagine you have a superpower of your choice. However, no one knows about it! What does your superpower enable you to do? Do you confide in anyone? What happens?

My superpower would be a lie/bulls*** detector. How cool would that be? I’m prettying good at that now, however some people are terrific liars, they even get past me. It would be wonderful to be absolutely sure. I would never tell anyone, I would simply listen to their fabricated stories and nod, look suitably impressed and go on my way happy in the knowledge I know the truth.
If I could have another superpower, I’d like to fly. I don’t think I’d be able to keep that a secret though, I’d simply take off, much to the surprise of all the land bound creatures gazing up at me in awe.
