This treatise is the result of a visit to church 1-18-09, and a song that became the root for the acrostic Worthy Is The Lamb, on 1-19-09 the second acrostic was gelled into the first.

Prompt: September 23 is the first day of fall. What is your favorite thing about autumn? Write a story or poem about it.
I'm thinking the favorite thing is the leaves and the color changes they go through before they fall off and make room for next years growth spurts.

Autumn brings cooler days.
Unleashing the leaves that did cleave.
Tumbling down to the ground,
Unaware of the piles they will be raked into.
Mushed together in a big black bag.
Now there is room for more leaves to grow, until anew Autumn brings the winds of change.
