Dream Catchers An ancient Chippewa tradition The dream net has been made For many generations Where spirit dreams have played. Hung above the cradle board, Or in the lodge up high, The dream net catches bad dreams, While the good dreams slip on by. Bad dreams become entangled Among the sinew thread. Good dreams slip through the center hole, While you dream upon your bed. This is an ancient legend, Since dreams will never cease, Hang this dream net above your bed, Dream on, an be at peace. |
Hey, I just got a surge of excitement! My show, The Blacklist is on tonight. Is anyone else caught up in this show as I am? It is really suspenseful. I really love it. If anyone else would like to discuss it contact me. I found it quite by accident on one of my trips to LA. Kristina |
Hi everyone, since my last entry, things are ok. I have returned to my writing for therapy for me. Today was great and beautiful. A warm day in January? WoW! I have joined the Novel 101 group in determination to finish my book. My goodness how things can change. I started this scenario nine years ago, and it has not let me rest. Very superficial at first, but now things are beginning to go deep and take shape. Kristina |
Wow! I Had not realized it had been so long since I had posted. A lot has been happening. My husband has in and out of the hospital for end stage kidney failure and congestive heart failure. I have been spending a lot of time in LA at the Keck Hospital of USC . He also developed a perforated esophagus. No can tell me how. In all my surgical nursing years, I never have seen such a case. Not all is well, but it as to be expected. I am not exactly answering the prompt but I just wanted you all to know that I have not deserted nor forgot you. Kristina |
