These pages contain my thoughts, from meandering ideas and persuasions to deep cerebrations and serious mentations.
Why, for what purpose? To release my mind and set creativity free. Somewhere inside the constraints of my mind dwells a writer, a poet, an artist who paints with words. In here I release those constraints and set the artist free.
Perhaps, lost somewhere in the depths of thought, is a story or a poem, waiting to be written.
Doc told me that immediately after ankle/foot twist, you use cold and rest (elevated) to stop swelling. Since you aren't swelling, the next step in to apply heat to help it heal and don't overdo walking on it. You can also do your own physical therapy stretching to keep the joint/muscle/tendons loose to better heal. I sorta, kindof did that, and it seems to have worked.
Notice that I also avoided the usual trivial comments. Those foot things can be a pain, so don't let the dogs lead you on what trails they want.
Also, don't give up on winter. It'll sneak back when you least suspect. Heal and enjoy.
I had a few fights in high school and I'm not for one to look for one but if someone said anything bad about me or may. kids, I would stand up and tell them to bug off. I have always been by myself but a few a friends here or there. After high school, I only had one friend.
I agree, I don't like violence because I had been abused when I was 14 by my ex-boyfriend at the time. So, I know what it's like to go through it.
Well, I hope you are doing okay! You do whatever it takes to protect your family.
It's crazy how fast everything fills up. We live close to a state park and visit often, but it's always fully reserved. One park ranger said it's partly do to people reserving sites at multiple parks for the same time frame, and not cancelling out the ones they don't use.
Beholden I think I learned more about life and what simple pleasure is out with Jasper than anyplace else; it was a terrific upbringing and enlightenment.
Today my wife and I took the two dogs for a road trip to Lake Carlos State Park (not named after Carlos Santana). We wanted to check out the park and the camping sites for a family camping adventure in August.
We are planning a family camping trip for my wife and I, as well as our children and grandchildren. Lake Carlos is about as centrally located as we can find for those who have to drive the furthest and set up for both electric sites and tent sites. We want an electric site, and two other families have campers, so will need electric, the rest will be tenting it.
We found a nice area that will accommodate everyone close to the public showers and bathrooms, all six sites are in one semi-private area on the far end of the loop, and there is ample room for children and pets.
Now, it's just a matter of getting an approximate head count, figuring out which days will work best for everyone, and reserving the sites. Hopefully everything will work smoothly and everyone will be able to camp together for at least part of the five or six days we are reserving the sites for.
