These pages contain my thoughts, from meandering ideas and persuasions to deep cerebrations and serious mentations.
Why, for what purpose? To release my mind and set creativity free. Somewhere inside the constraints of my mind dwells a writer, a poet, an artist who paints with words. In here I release those constraints and set the artist free.
Perhaps, lost somewhere in the depths of thought, is a story or a poem, waiting to be written.
Doc told me that immediately after ankle/foot twist, you use cold and rest (elevated) to stop swelling. Since you aren't swelling, the next step in to apply heat to help it heal and don't overdo walking on it. You can also do your own physical therapy stretching to keep the joint/muscle/tendons loose to better heal. I sorta, kindof did that, and it seems to have worked.
Notice that I also avoided the usual trivial comments. Those foot things can be a pain, so don't let the dogs lead you on what trails they want.
Also, don't give up on winter. It'll sneak back when you least suspect. Heal and enjoy.
I had a few fights in high school and I'm not for one to look for one but if someone said anything bad about me or may. kids, I would stand up and tell them to bug off. I have always been by myself but a few a friends here or there. After high school, I only had one friend.
I agree, I don't like violence because I had been abused when I was 14 by my ex-boyfriend at the time. So, I know what it's like to go through it.
Well, I hope you are doing okay! You do whatever it takes to protect your family.
It's crazy how fast everything fills up. We live close to a state park and visit often, but it's always fully reserved. One park ranger said it's partly do to people reserving sites at multiple parks for the same time frame, and not cancelling out the ones they don't use.
Beholden I think I learned more about life and what simple pleasure is out with Jasper than anyplace else; it was a terrific upbringing and enlightenment.
I should be packing and loading up for our camping trip, but instead I find I've made a slight detour. I was packing and getting things ready, and as I passed by my laptop, I seen it was still on. Since it will be nearly a week before I return, I stopped by to shut it off. So far, right on task.
But, instead of shutting down, I find myself sitting down and logging into WdC for one last blog entry before I shut down and head out. This is number four and the last entry before I head out camping. With no internet at the campground, it may likely be my last entry until I get back. However, since I will have my cell phone with, I may just log in on that and possibly make a short entry.
Nothing certain, we will just go with the flow and see what happens. I tend to think I will be preoccupied with other activities, but there will be times when I may be inactive and checking the site.
Now, off I go. Have a fantastic weekend -- see you next week.
