These pages contain my thoughts, from meandering ideas and persuasions to deep cerebrations and serious mentations.
Why, for what purpose? To release my mind and set creativity free. Somewhere inside the constraints of my mind dwells a writer, a poet, an artist who paints with words. In here I release those constraints and set the artist free.
Perhaps, lost somewhere in the depths of thought, is a story or a poem, waiting to be written.
Doc told me that immediately after ankle/foot twist, you use cold and rest (elevated) to stop swelling. Since you aren't swelling, the next step in to apply heat to help it heal and don't overdo walking on it. You can also do your own physical therapy stretching to keep the joint/muscle/tendons loose to better heal. I sorta, kindof did that, and it seems to have worked.
Notice that I also avoided the usual trivial comments. Those foot things can be a pain, so don't let the dogs lead you on what trails they want.
Also, don't give up on winter. It'll sneak back when you least suspect. Heal and enjoy.
I had a few fights in high school and I'm not for one to look for one but if someone said anything bad about me or may. kids, I would stand up and tell them to bug off. I have always been by myself but a few a friends here or there. After high school, I only had one friend.
I agree, I don't like violence because I had been abused when I was 14 by my ex-boyfriend at the time. So, I know what it's like to go through it.
Well, I hope you are doing okay! You do whatever it takes to protect your family.
Cubby&Hubby~WeddingAnniversary we suggested they update their system so it will not allow multiple reservations for the same dates. Now, we wait and hope.
It's crazy how fast everything fills up. We live close to a state park and visit often, but it's always fully reserved. One park ranger said it's partly do to people reserving sites at multiple parks for the same time frame, and not cancelling out the ones they don't use.
Beholden I think I learned more about life and what simple pleasure is out with Jasper than anyplace else; it was a terrific upbringing and enlightenment.
I committed to a weekly goal for the week, getting into WdC and posting to my blog every day, but it not just for the week, I want to spend more time in here reading, reviewing, and working on some items in my portfolio. I also need to get back into writing. With things finally starting to slow down at work, as well as the shorter hours I have to work, there really isn't any reason to think I can't reach this goal.
I also am starting another challenge, getting back into shape. Not that I'm a shapeless blob, I wouldn't be able to type if that was the case, but along with my writing and WdC, I have let myself go, too. I've put on weight and have been slacking in the exercise department. Now, it's time to shape up and drop some unwanted pounds.
I've actually started this challenge yesterday, with the start of the week week. I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but will be doing that shortly. Now, hopefully I will have something more to mention in my blog, my progress.
