I hate February with an intensity fit to burn the sun. Come to think of it, though, that might make February ever so slightly more bearable.

Not only does the month contain Groundhog Day, a perversion of Imbolc; bad enough that there's a sportsball game in that month that everyone in the fucking country except me seems to worship; and as if it weren't bad enough that the despicable Valentine's Day falls in this craphole of a month; on top of it being cold, gray and goddamn long for a short month, it also features my birthday, which is only a reminder of my mortality at this point.

I hate February.

Ah... to have a Queen's life... it comes with boring obligations. (Seriously, Elizabeth doesn't even get to retire.)

My life is only interesting when I travel. With covid I haven't left town... at all... since last end of February. I literally put 'go outside' on my list of goals.

I'm shrinking. (Plus it's a dark dreary rain today.)

Sounds like you've got some good February goals. Good luck. I'll be rooting for you! Oh, and the teenager thing, you got this. No worries. Although I remember when I went through it. Actually, I'm still going through it. My oldest turned twenty-one last year and my youngest turned fifteen. I understand.
