I'm a person that was always strong for the others and I'm always late at the party. This year was a complete hell, I didn't write about it here too much because I just couldn't find words and be understood. Like you said everyone feels it different and deal with it in its own way so it was pretty hard for me to express my own. I wrote today because it's been a year and I felt like writing something.

Minja, everyone deals with grief in their own way. You haven't dealt with it for so long that it's now hitting you like a dagger in the heart. Like Charlie said, it's ok. The one thing I hate about funerals, even going to them is exactly what you said. Everyone says the same thing, so you try to be cordial. But, none of that matters.

You grieve, be sad and fell all of the emotions you're struggling with. It really is ok.
