I don't know - I keep wondering the same thing. I have low blood sugar - so I really am supposed to eat a healthy diet - and I am reading a book about foods and your brain - all makes a lot of sense - However I can't seem to do it for very long at a time. We just have to each day start over until we make it work.

I have the same problems with food - comfort foods - I love having breakfast for dinner and don't see anything wrong with that. We really do need to eat a healthy diet to keep our brains healthy.

I can definitely relate. I lost 54 pound but I have gained back about 20. It is so much harder to get off than to put on. Nature really got that deal backwards. It should be so easy to lose and near impossible to gain, don't you agree?

Yes I do know what you are dealing with; me too. I'm happy to say that since new years I am down 10 lbs. But I know I could get over the flue and gain it all back. The thing that got me on new years could motivate me along the way. I was goofing around with my phone and my two youngest grandkids taking silly videos. I thought what am I doing to myself just look at me. I do not want to feel that way again. Oh yes I deleted the video. Anyway good luck. You can do it. I am from.
