Yesterday, I got some unsettling news. I found out that a long time staff member at work was going into semi-retirement and it was going to be her last day. I also found out that we lost a job contract. The company who provided this job decided to go to another company because it offered more money. I really enjoyed working on this job, now it is gone. I woke up ill today. My boyfriend called me early because he's going to see "King Kong" tonight. There was another terrorist attack, this time in London, England. Four individuals are confirmed dead, 20 injured. |
| Getting ready to watch the Leaf game tonight. Meanwhile, I had to take a short nap today because I was tired. |
| I went downtown and bought some stuff. I also went to the bank. I got a date with my fiancé on October 22. |
| Last night, I went to Tim Horton's with my fiancé. I had a special Toronto Maple Leafs donut. Yeah really. I'm just going to relax today. I was supposed to have an appointment with my worker today, but it was pushed back until next Wednesday. |
| I had a much better night sleep last night. I watched Chelsea take on Southampton earlier. I now have the Braves/Cardinals game on. |
| I woke up feeling drained. All I did is watch television. |
| Got up real late today. Watched some soccer. Tonight is the first night of Hockey Night In Canada. I'm watching the Montreal Canadiens take on the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight. GO LEAFS GO!! |
| Got up and finally watched a soccer game I wanted to see since Wednesday. I now have the Cardinals/Braves postseason game on now. I'm going to watch the Leaf game tonight. |
| I was so exhausted from yesterday's Niagara Falls trip. I went to bed real early last night. We went to the butterfly conservatory. I thought that the butterfly would land on my head. They didn't. One did, however, land on my walker. We then went to the Skylon Tower. Personally, I think the Skylon Tower is better than the CN Tower in Toronto. I rather see the falls than the Toronto skyline. We then went to Kelseys for an early dinner. Then we went on the Niagara Cruise boat, (formally known as the Maiden Mist). Yes. I did get wet, but not as much as my fiancé. |
| I ran some errands yesterday. I watched soccer today. I'm now getting ready to watch the Wildcard game. |
