Three Score and Ten the Introduction, Well here we go, After 50 years I am going to take another attempt at writing. The first time was the Palmer writers correspondence school in 1969. The writing will be not a book that will be written with the idea of being published, But will be a writing of thoughts unencumbered by possible publishing and monetary gain. This writing will be a hybrid of Journal and Reminisce. It is important to me that the writings are my true thoughts at the time, not influenced by any factor. The writing will try to explain how a 70 year old white, male USA citizen now relates to today's world. Is every oldest generation lost in their own world, that they aged into? What do I see, and feel as I age farther. I know I am not normal as in what this world today would consider normal. But I hope I am in the ball park writing the thoughts of a 70 year old. I hope for you to learn to know who I am, As I search for Who I am at 70+ This work will carry on until I am no longer able to think or write. This will be done on a nearly daily writing interwoven with a life's reminiscing. This writing has been in the planning for 10 plus years. and I have now made it to this starting point. This writing is dedicated to My Wife The Kitten, My family, My grand children, Lukas, Levi, Luis, Lydia and Sonora Pearl. | Three Score and Ten + Day 297 Hello, It's me again after a week. We have had a very active week. getting ready in the heat for the Sunday Flea Market. We had a successful Market and we did sell some things. Then we hustled up north on Monday and started the planting potatoes process and finished at 11;00 on Tuesday. We planted 20 pounds of seed potatoes. If all goes well we should eat this coming winter. We got seven tenths inch of rain at 6:00. So we just snuck them in. The ground was just workable. We drove back on Wednesday and did some garden watering here. It is very hot and dry here, No rain, With No good chances on the horizon. I could write more often if I was not watering garden so much. I hate to see the water bill down here. Next up load the van for our Flea market this coming Sunday. It is at a location we only do twice a year. It is an hour away and we need to be there by 6:00 to set up. So it is a early rising. Then we will not do a Flea Market until July 4th. Then On Monday I need to take the van in for oil change and air conditioner service. The Little Dog gets warm riding without air conditioning, The humans also. We really run the wheels off the van. It is a Town and Country. This has to be the 5-6th Grand Caravan or Town and Country we have had over the last 25 years. I could not think of not having one. We buy privately, pay cash and run them till there is no more to run. Then we start over, works for us. They normally are with us 3-4 years. I hope I can write again soon, before seven days have gone by. if you are wondering why I do not write from the north, It is because there is no cell or internet service.
