A poem about society and its way of being.
[Introduction]
The Crowd

The truth of the matter is sometimes following the crowd is not always the best solution.
Sometimes the crowd loses sight of things.
Sometimes the crowd gets caught up in things that have no significance to the crowd.
Sometimes the crowd forgets what truly matters and what will cause a serious impact, if it were to lose it or a serious impact if it were not to take heed to the consequences that lie ahead.
Sometimes the crowd gets so far away from the truth that it gets lost in the maze and it becomes the notarizer of its own demise.
Sometimes in order for the crowd to gain insight of the matter it must step outside of its self.
At the end of the day the crowd does not know the truth.
The crowd assumes and what matters is the personal truths of the people that make up the crowd.
The crowds truth is not the peoples truth.
Although the crowd might share some truths, the truths the crowd shares is not fully shared.
It is only the subject that is shared.
And the ideas are the ideas of the people of the crowd.
It is their personal truths that are projected onto the subject.
This holds true due to the fact that their is no coherent universal mind that allows mankind to cooperate as one sound mind; one sound truth.
Our minds are our own minds. Our own thoughts. Our own truths.
Unity is important and needed but first we must learn to unite with our inner-selves.
Through self awareness we can work on having better sight, understanding and being able to determine what is of significance in our lives, and what really matters.
Know thyself before leaping.
Know thyself before joining the crowd.
Know thy own truths before adopting someone else truths.
The truth of the matter is be aware that life is a maze within a maze.
And truth is a paradox within a paradigm.
And the crowd is a practice theory seeking universal approval as a coherent truth.
