Let's see. Wind powered. Cargo/passenger ship. This particular ship doesn't need to leave the coastline by far. Will be following the coastline south before heading out for a group of islands a hundred miles or so from mainland. For navigation, sailors use the stars. Enchanters can communicate with animals, and will use the fish and birds to aid navigation.
