Fantastic! I need just ONE more piece of initial info: a Plot Proposal for your story arc. The idea will be to weave the arcs together at the end to form a complete story and for the time being there isn't a restriction on story length but a target completion time of 30 DEC 07. The proposal will help us craft something that can be interwoven and keep us on track.

To aid in a direction and chronology context, this story will be taking place post-Dominion War and approximately a month after the return of VOYAGER to the Alpha Quadrant. Technology and galactic diplomatic status should be consistent with this time frame (although time travel isn't out of the question, I would like to consult if there is a desire to cross that temporal hurdle).

For my arc, I am beginning with battle and intrigue in the new Klingon Empire under the leadership of General Martok. The General's desire to restore honor and cultural unity to his people's warrior code is being undermined by external influences and internal disputes. His call for a return to the "Way Of The Warrior" has had an unforeseen side effect: a push to return to conquest over diplomacy and tolerance! The threat of the Klingons becoming an expansionist power once again has set everyone on edge but it's all a well-crafted DISTRACTION. With everyone warily eyeing the Klingons, other events are passing unnoticed and only a select few have questioned why...

Now, hopefully that is tight enough to build a track for the story but loose enough to develop your arc to your imagination's delight. So tell me your arc proposal and I look forward to working together.
