Para/Poem Challenge "Open"

Ya know, it's funny if you look at it.

If I pay you to work for me for an hour. If you are lax for even one moment during that hour are you in fact stealing from me?

Can I have you arrested? What would be the charge? Or what if I made you pay me back for every minute I can prove that you were not working.
