Normally, most people will review your work if you review theirs, but there's also a few places that you can "plug" your work so it will get noticed.

"The Shameless "Plug" Page" 

"Please Review" 

Make sure that you tell what you're looking for in a review and the size of the item to help folks better understand for a review.

Also, change the type of Static Item from "Other" to better describe what it is such as Short Story, etc.. A lot of people just ignore anything that's Other for the item or the Genre.
