June 13 - Wheat
The golden sun shines down on the field of wheat. I watch the sheafs as they blow side-to-side in the breeze. The sea of wheat glows in the sun rays.

I run through the field of wheat and touch all the sheafs. I smile and giggle. I enjoy the wonder I feel at doing this. I miss being the child at heart I have always been.

I thank the wheat for the bread made from it. For the nourishment it gives. I feel one with nature.

I make a clearing in this field and sit a while. I take in the warmth of the sun and the beauty that surrounds me.I meditate and just be. When I come out of it, I feel balanced and at peace.
