I have PTSD too, in fact I saw something on Friday that caused a flashback, and my trauma was 8 years ago! It seems like symptoms fade but never go away completely. I'm quite introverted too, but that's a self defense mechanism. When I have a flashback or see a reminder, alot of people don't understand. This is a safe place, we're here for you!
