Hey Wizzie, I just want to let you know that my thoughts are with you during this time. I hope that things are truly getting better for you. And I have to say I agree with Elena, do something that you take comfort in. For me, it's watching nostalgic films, curling up in bed and cuddling my teddy bears (I have a theory that you're never too old for snuggly cuddles!)
