Mystical Meditations

It took me 2 1/2 years before I could even think about God or set foot in a church without steam coming out of my ears. I have a friend who really helped me w/all of it (sorry, I'm not sharing her! There's only one Nina and she's mine! ) Then I had to go through the internal civil war. I read a magazine article on Mother Teresa-where she said she went through a 50 year long crisis of faith! She felt separated from God for all that time.

I went through my crisis of faith at 21, didn't resolve it til I was nearly 30. Still have trouble sometimes. It was one step forward, 2 steps back for a while. Just know it's not going to resolve itself overnight. Takes a long time. It'll work out!
